Rabbits

Rabbits, usually called bunnies are cute furry creatures. Rabbits don't all have long ears, infact, the Netherland Dwraf has short ears. The male rabbits are called Bucks, the Females are called Does, (named after the deer) and baby rabbits are called kits or kittens. They are herbivores which means they only eats plants. Rabbits love carrot and cabbages but they also sometimes eat thier own droppings! A difference between Hares and rabbits are how the babies are born. The rabbit is born with no fur and eyes closed. For the hare is the opposite. The rabbits live in underground burrows/warrens while hares live in nests above.
