Falcons are awesome animals and a well known type of falcon is the Peregrine Falcon. The Peregrine falcon is the the fastest living animal in the world because they can fly as fast as 320 km/h. That's equal to 200 mph/h. Some other falcons are the Brown Falcon, Lanner Falcon, Gryfalcon, and Merlin. The Brown falcon lives in Australia and New Guinea, feeding on small mammals such as house mice and rabbits. They are also able to eat insects, small birds, snakes, lizards, caterpillars, grasshoppers, crickets and beetles. Brown Falcons breeding season is from June to November. The mother lays from 2-5 red and brown spotted eggs with blotches.
