Dogs are the closest living animals to the human. There are over 300 different breeds of dogs in the world, my favorite breed is the Border Collie. The Border Collie is a black and white dog with long hair and is bred for herding sheep. Their country of origin is Great Britain. Another great dog is the German Shephard which is often used as a police dog. They come from Germany and was used also, for herding sheep. The German Shephered can only be found in black and brown. I used to have a neighbor who had a German Shephered. We whatched her grow up, the dog, from a 2 month old puppy to a 2 year old dog. One morning in the summer of 2015, she suddenly moved away.
